Homemade cupcakes with dessert-inspired frostings
Inspired by traditional European baking, my frostings are richer, smoother and less sweet than classic American buttercream. Made with silky Swiss meringue buttercream and rich German custard buttercream, they allow the natural flavours, such as real vanilla and rich chocolate, to shine through.
With over 15 years of experience and thousands of bakes, every cupcake is handcrafted in Bonstetten, Canton of Zürich, with a focus on flavour, balance and consistency.
